1. The short version
- We collect only what we need to answer you, do your project and bill you.
- We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share it for targeted advertising.
- Stripe handles card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time. Email contact@freshnfab.co.
- Please don’t send passwords or sensitive personal data (such as government ID or financial account numbers) by message, email or text.
2. Who we are
This policy covers Freshnfab LLC (“Freshnfab”, “we”, “us”), our website freshnfab.co, and our website and event planning / decor services.
- Email: contact@freshnfab.co
- Phone (calls and texts): (801) 348-3342
- Mail: Freshnfab LLC, 7533 S Center View CT, West Jordan, UT 84084, USA (business location where we receive mail)
Our site and services are meant for businesses and people in the United States.
3. What we collect, and why
When you use our contact form
- What: your name, business name, email, phone, website, what you’re interested in, and your message.
- Why: to reply to you and talk about your project.
- How: the form sends your details by email to contact@freshnfab.co, using an email delivery service (Resend).
When you pay us
- What: Stripe collects your name, business name, phone, billing address and payment details.
- Why: to take your payment, send receipts and manage Monthly care billing.
- How: Stripe processes card details on its own secure systems. We see payment status, the last 4 digits and the card type, but never your full card number.
When you call, text or email us
- What: your phone number or email address, plus what you tell us.
- Why: to answer you. A real person on our team reads and answers texts and calls.
- How: our business number runs through a phone/texting app (currently Hushed). We may also use AI assistants as described in section 4. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive personal data by message.
When we work on your project
- What: the content, logos, photos and logins you share with us for your site.
- Why: to build, host and look after your site.
- Prefer sharing logins through a secure method we agree on, not in a casual text or email.
When you visit freshnfab.co
- Our website host automatically logs basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. This is used to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
- Cookies and analytics: we don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on freshnfab.co. If we ever add analytics, we’ll update this section first.
- Our fonts are served from our own site, not loaded from Google when you visit.
We don’t knowingly collect sensitive data, such as health, financial account or government ID numbers, and we ask you not to send it to us.
4. AI assistants
We may use AI assistants to help us read, sort, and draft responses to messages sent to our business accounts. A member of our team writes and sends replies. We choose tools and settings that limit use of your messages for AI training where the provider offers that option.
We do not promise that providers never use data for training, and we do not claim “we never use your data to train AI.”
Automated replies: today a real person sends replies. If we ever use an automated assistant (for example a WhatsApp bot) that replies without a person writing each message, we will update this Privacy Policy before that goes live, to say you may be talking to an automated assistant and how to reach a person.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments, receipts, Monthly care billing and the customer portal |
| Our website host | Hosts freshnfab.co |
| Resend | Delivers contact form emails to our inbox |
| Google Workspace | Our email inbox, contact@freshnfab.co |
| GitHub | Stores website code (including client repositories when you use GitHub) |
| Cloudflare | Domain registration and DNS when we or you use Cloudflare |
| Hushed (or a similar phone app) | Our business phone number for calls and texts |
| AI assistants (as in section 4) | Help us read, sort and draft replies to messages |
We may also share information:
- if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public
- with a new owner, if our business is sold or merged (this policy would still apply)
- with your permission
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it:
- Contact form messages and inquiries that don’t become projects: 2 years after our last contact
- Client project records and files: while we work together, then 3 years after the project ends
- Payment and tax records: 7 years (or as long as tax law requires)
- Texts and call logs: 2 years
After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. How we protect it
We use trusted providers, keep access limited to the people who need it, and turn on two-step login for Stripe, GitHub, email and our other main accounts where we can. No system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- see the personal information we have about you
- correct it
- delete it
- get a copy of it
Email contact@freshnfab.co. We’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm it’s really you first. We may keep some records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
Texts: if you’d rather not get texts from us, tell us and we’ll use email.
9. Extra rights in some states
Some US states, such as California, Utah, Colorado and Virginia, give residents specific privacy rights. Examples are the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale of personal information. These laws usually apply only to businesses above certain size or data thresholds. Freshnfab is a small business; we still honor the requests in section 8 for everyone.
We don’t sell personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, there’s nothing to opt out of, because we don’t sell or share data for ads.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
11. Your website’s visitors
When we build a site for you, you decide what your site collects from its visitors, for example through a contact form. You’re responsible for your site’s own privacy policy. We handle that data only to run your site for you. Any sample privacy wording we share is not legal advice.
12. Links to other sites
Our site may link to other sites, like Stripe’s payment pages. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is important, we’ll also email clients we’re working with. We’ll update this policy before any automated messaging bot goes live (see section 4).
